Step by step

Planning
We agree on delivery terms with your overseas shipper and confirm the goods are ready. Then we pick the best route, quote the cost, and review import requirements
Flight space
We book space on the aircraft at origin, build up air pallets or ULDs, issue the air waybill, clear export customs, and hand the goods over to the airline
In transit
Your cargo is loaded and the flight departs. We track it in the air and through any connecting airports
Inspection
The aircraft lands at the destination airport. We unload, break down the pallets or ULDs, and move the goods into the cargo warehouse for temporary storage
Classification
General, dangerous, perishable, and high-value cargo — handled with the required labeling, temperature control, security measures, and IATA requirements where applicable
Receiving
We unload the cargo from the aircraft or truck into the bonded warehouse, receive the arrival notice with the DSK number, and check actual weight and piece count
Customs
We file the declaration for release into free circulation or T1 transit, work with customs throughout, and obtain release or approval for transit
Terminal
We check quantity and condition, document any damage with photos and video, and file a damage report if needed. We then pick up the cargo and load it onto the truck
Documents
We collect the shipping documents and confirm them with the broker handling customs clearance
Border
The truck crosses the border and passes all required checks
Customs
The truck arrives at the destination customs office for clearance
Delivery
We deliver the cargo to your warehouse
Planning
We confirm your cargo details (weight, volume, type), check hazard classes under international air freight rules, choose the best route, and agree on pricing
Flight space
We reserve cargo space on the flight and get airline confirmation with routing details and the air waybill number
Documents
We review commercial invoices, packing lists, and the draft air waybill. For special cargo, we also check safety data sheets and prepare the Shipper’s Declaration for Dangerous Goods
Classification
General, dangerous, perishable, and high-value cargo — handled with the required labeling, temperature control, security measures, and IATA requirements where applicable
Receiving
The driver collects the export cargo at the loading warehouse
Inspection
We check the piece count on the vehicle and the condition of the cargo
