Frequently Asked Questions
AWB, invoice, packing list, and product information with HS codes. If you send them before the cargo arrives at the terminal, we’ll be fully prepared in advance.
T1 is a transit declaration that lets cargo move across EU borders without full customs clearance in every country. We issue it within 1–3 hours after receiving the documents, provided customs has not requested additional inspections.
Loading usually takes between 1 and 4 hours, depending on terminal traffic and shipment volume. With Express handling, cargo up to 2 metric tons can be processed within one hour.
Standard cargo includes up to three days of free storage after arrival at the temporary storage warehouse. DGR cargo includes one day. We’ll always notify you before any storage charges apply.
Yes, your cargo can be inspected and repacked. Our warehouse and handling services include packaging and product inspections, repacking, extra reinforcement and certified packaging, palletizing, stretch wrapping and labeling, plus photo reports at every stage.
