Maersk lineCarrier restriction
The shipment arrived with Maersk, whose policy did not allow collection by a third-party carrier. We arranged warehouse transshipment and sent the cargo onward by rail.

The container was discharged in Gdynia, while the transshipment warehouse was in Gdańsk. We organised the additional leg and made sure the empty container went back to Gdynia itself.
Branded goodsTrademark
The client was transporting branded products without an official trademark license. Before submitting export documentation, we confirmed with customs authorities whether a special declaration was required and adjusted the process accordingly. This prevented the shipment from being treated as potentially counterfeit goods.

We receive the unloading invoice 2–3 days before the vessel arrives. Once payment has been processed, the shipping line typically issues the container release on the next business day.
Yes, for most shipping lines. Maersk is the main exception, allowing only transshipment, rail transportation, or transport arranged directly by the carrier.
Additional charges may apply for port storage or late return of the empty container. We begin preparing the release process before the vessel arrives to help prevent these costs.
Yes. We use a dedicated specialized warehouse for oversized cargo and prepare an individual quotation based on your shipment’s specifications.
Yes. Through our own office in Warsaw, we work directly with the ports of Gdańsk and Gdynia and manage the entire process — from the vessel’s arrival through to container release.
