About the service
Your container arrives at one of Europe’s major ports, including Gdańsk, Gdynia, Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp, or Constanța. You provide us with the shipping documents, and we take care of all coordination with the shipping line, terminal, warehouse, and customs authorities.
You receive your cargo without having to coordinate multiple parties yourself.

MaerskCarrier restrictions
The container arrived on Maersk’s service, which does not allow containers to be collected by third-party carriers. We organized warehouse transloading and continued delivery by rail.

We confirmed with customs authorities in advance whether a special declaration was required and did not submit any documents until the procedure was confirmed. This eliminated the risk of the shipment being classified as counterfeit goods.

We receive the unloading invoice 2–3 days before the vessel arrives. Once payment is made, the shipping line usually issues the container release on the next business day.
It depends on the ocean carrier — some, including Maersk, don’t allow third-party trucking. We check your carrier’s terms in advance, and if you can’t use your own transport, we arrange warehouse transloading.
The port charges storage, and the carrier charges demurrage and detention. We keep track of the arrival date, the container release, and the depot return deadline precisely to avoid those fees.
