FCL containerhandling at Europeanports

Your vessel is still on its way to port, and we’ve already requested the unloading invoice — so you don’t have to coordinate with the shipping line, terminal, or customs authorities yourself.

About the service

From the vessel’s arrivalto your warehouse

Fully managed at the port

Your container arrives at one of Europe’s major ports, including Gdańsk, Gdynia, Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp, or Constanța. You provide us with the shipping documents, and we take care of all coordination with the shipping line, terminal, warehouse, and customs authorities.

Our process

  • We request the unloading invoice 2–3 days before the vessel arrives
  • We obtain container release
  • We organise transshipment
  • We prepare the T1 transit declaration
  • We monitor the timely return of the empty container to the line’s depot

The coordination is ours

You receive a fully managed port handling service without having to coordinate multiple parties yourself

Real cases

Контейнер лінії Maersk на перевантаженні у складі в порту

Maersk lineCarrier restriction

Case Maersk prohibited third-party pickup—we delivered the cargo without delays

The shipment arrived with Maersk, whose policy did not allow collection by a third-party carrier. We arranged warehouse transshipment and sent the cargo onward by rail.

Result:Delivered without breaching the carrier’s requirements

GdyniaGdańsk

Case The container arrived at the wrong port—we helped the client avoid penalties

The container was discharged in Gdynia, while the transshipment warehouse was in Gdańsk. We organised the additional leg and made sure the empty container went back to Gdynia itself.

Branded goodsTrademark

Case Branded goods without trademark authorization—we prevented customs complications

The client was transporting branded products without an official trademark license. Before submitting export documentation, we confirmed with customs authorities whether a special declaration was required and adjusted the process accordingly. This prevented the shipment from being treated as potentially counterfeit goods.

Testimonials

What our clients say

Results come first

“We were shipping goods of a well-known brand, and the whole trademark-licence question worried us a little — we did not want trouble at the border. Consolline worked through the details before we even started and told us exactly how to proceed. In the end everything went through without a single remark.”
“Our cargo travelled with a line that does not allow you to arrange transport out of the port yourself. Consolline proposed an alternative route and made it on time, without breaching any of the carrier’s terms.”
“We really like the communication and the approach. The team responds quickly, keeps us posted at every stage and genuinely helps, even when a situation is difficult. You feel the involvement and the control.”
