About the service

FCL shipping:how it works

What FCL is

FCL (Full Container Load) shipping means the container is used exclusively for your cargo. You pay a fixed rate regardless of how full the container is, and your shipment departs immediately after loading, without waiting for other shippers.

We handle both directions:

  • Import — from the vessel’s arrival at the port to delivery of your cargo in Ukraine
  • Export — from vessel booking and cargo pickup in Ukraine to delivery of the container at its destination abroad

The coordination is ours

The greatest delays at the port usually result from coordination between the shipping line, the terminal, the warehouse, and customs. We handle all of these communications for you, so you don’t have to coordinate multiple parties or follow up on every step yourself.

Перевантаження контейнера лінії Maersk на складі перед відправкою залізницею

Maersk lineCarrier restriction

Circumstances: Maersk prohibited third-party pickup — we delivered the cargo without delays

The client booked a container with Maersk, whose policy did not allow pickup by a third-party carrier. We arranged warehouse transshipment and continued the shipment by rail, fully complying with the carrier’s requirements while avoiding delays.

Result:Delivered without delays, in full compliance with the line

GdyniaGdańsk

Circumstances: The container arrived at the wrong port — we helped the client avoid penalties

The container was unloaded in Gdynia instead of Gdańsk, where the transshipment warehouse was located. We organized additional transport and ensured the empty container was returned to the correct depot in Gdynia, preventing penalty charges from the shipping line.
